Join Mana-Mana if you are buying to invest and want a hands-off short-stay unit. You get the furnished package, and Mana-Mana handles the listing, pricing, guest check-in, housekeeping and maintenance. Read the management agreement for the fee split and minimum commitment before you book.
Take the bare unit if you plan to live in it or let it yourself. You keep full control of the fit-out and budget for your own furniture.

What comes with a bare unit at MABA Suitez?
Free legal fees on the SPA and on loan documentation and stamping, a digital lockset, air-conditioners (1 set for Type A, 3 for Type B, 2 for Type C), a storage water heater, a bathroom vanity with mirror, and an engineered wooden door for Types B and C.
What is the Mana-Mana Hospitality programme?
Mana-Mana Hospitality is the short-stay operator named in EXSIM's sales kit for MABA Suitez. Owners who place their unit in the programme are expected to get the furnished interior package, with listing, guest check-in, housekeeping and maintenance handled for them.
Do I have to join Mana-Mana?
