- Shortlist your unitPick your layout (323 sq ft studio, 484 sq ft 1+1 room or 657 sq ft dual-key), budget and preferred facing. South-facing Type C units face Menara Merdeka Maybank and go first.
- Confirm your unitBooking is open now — confirm your chosen unit and pay the booking fee to reserve it.
- Sign the booking formComplete the booking form with your MyKad or passport details. Your unit is then held for you.
- Sign the SPA & pay the down paymentWithin the period set by the developer, sign the Sale & Purchase Agreement and pay the balance of the 10% down payment. Your bank loan covers the rest, released in stages during construction.

How much is the MABA Suitez booking fee?
The booking fee is set by EXSIM — WhatsApp us for the current amount. For Kuala Lumpur new launches it is usually a few thousand ringgit and is credited toward your 10% down payment. MABA Suitez also includes free legal fees on the SPA and on loan documentation and stamping.
What documents do I need to book MABA Suitez?
