EXSIM
EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd began in the timber business before branching into property development in 2008. It has since completed and delivered 37 developments and 19,250 units across Malaysia's major cities, spanning high-rise, mixed, commercial, industrial and technology-hub projects.
Its projects include Phoeniz Suites near KLCC, Queenswoodz and Kingswoodz in Bukit Jalil, Millerz Square on Old Klang Road, Scarletz Suites in KL City Centre and Causewayz in Johor Bahru. MABA Suitez is its address beside Menara Merdeka Maybank.

The Malaysian Basketball Association owned Wisma MABA on Jalan Hang Jebat. Rather than sell, it partnered with EXSIM to redevelop the 1.328-acre site.
MABA returns as a long-term stakeholder, with a new MABA office and a dedicated 3x3 basketball court on Level 6 of the development.
