What unit types and sizes are available?
Three types: Type A — office suite (studio), 323 sq ft / 30 sq m, 249 units; Type B — 1+1 room with 1 bathroom, 484 sq ft / 45 sq m, 288 units; Type C — 1 room with 2 bathrooms (dual key), 657 sq ft / 61 sq m, 377 units, including the mirrored Type C(M). Which MABA Suitez units face Merdeka 118?
Based on the typical floor key plan, the Type C dual-key units are on the south side of both towers, facing Menara Merdeka Maybank (Merdeka 118). Type A studios face north towards the KL city and KLCC skyline, and Type B units sit on the east and west ends. Exact views vary by floor — confirm the stack with the sales team.
What is a dual-key unit?
A dual-key unit is one title with two separately lockable spaces behind a shared foyer. At MABA Suitez, the 657 sq ft Type C has two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), so you can live in one side and let the other, or rent both separately. Type C units are on the south side, facing Menara Merdeka Maybank.
Are units fully furnished, and who manages the Airbnb?
Units are delivered as bare units with a freebies package (air-conditioners, storage water heaters, digital lockset, bathroom vanity with mirror, engineered wooden door for Types B and C, plus free SPA and loan legal fees). Owners who join the Mana-Mana Hospitality short-stay programme are expected to be entitled to a fully furnished interior package — Walnut Elegance for Type A and Ivory Serenity for Type B. Final terms follow the management agreement.
